Today we have a number of updates. Chlorine and Jungle have been removed from official matchmaking and Mutiny and Swamp have been added. Swamp is an overall open map that features swampy waters at intervals, forcing players to slow down and tread carefully so as not to alert the enemy. It will probably be one of the faster maps leading to quick gunfights and a lot of adrenaline rush. Swamp has gathered a lot of attention for its picturesque settings and the community has been vocal about it.
Mutiny, on the other hand, is one of the larger maps in CS:GO, set on a seashore town, demanding a lower paced tactical gameplay. The terrorists start from a docked pirate ship that actually features a plank to the sea! It even features a sawmill and a room in ruins with paintings on the wall. If you hear a sigh of relief, it is from the players who were unable to use Streamlabs or OBS. The update allows you to switch between permissions for third-party software.
The other updates include the decoy grenade not being able to harm teammates and therefore the spoilsports have been taught a lesson, period. Not so sure if I like the name..

Workout removed from official matchmaking in CS:GO
The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive devs introduced new Scrimmage Maps to their competitive matchmaking offerings to the game, giving players a valuable mode to play with. CS:GO features legendary maps that have been around for years, but even pros and diehard players routinely find new angles and nade lineups throughout a location. Even though this playlist falls under the competitive matchmaking tab, its biggest draw is that games are unranked and a team composed of any skill-ranking can party up together.
This makes playing the game a lot more forgiving for people who want to experiment or just learn a new map in a live setting instead of the stale environment of jumping into an offline practice session. Additionally, if Valve sees positive feedback for the Scrimmage playlist then the possibility of expanding the feature to include more traditional maps could benefit every player, from Silver to Global Elites.
Two new maps were added as well, de_vertigo and ar_monastery, and perhaps more interestingly some minor gameplay issues were fixed csgo updating.

A professional game of Counter-Strike starts in the pick and ban phase. Some pros love their old-school 1. Others perform better on the newer maps like Cobblestone or Overpass. Teams and players get notorious for playing maps so well that their opponents have no idea how to counter them, other than banning the map. For example, Virtus. Because maps are so important, we got the chance to ask the pros what their favourites are and why.
